Cost and Method of transport

The products will be sent to you at the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form with the courier service. The choice of shipping courier is at the discretion of our company.

-Messages or receipts from our offices are made daily, except Sundays and holidays.

-The shipping cost is € 3.08 (2 kg) + 1.11 (per extra kilo) for the cities and capitals of the prefectures that are characterized as affordable by the Collaborating Courier-Courier (including VAT).

Cash on delivery costs € 3.60.

Transport company (delivery to its warehouses or other transport Athens – Thessaloniki) 0.20 per kilo

-These charges concern areas that are not characterized by the cooperating courier company as inaccessible.

-For areas that are outside the service network (courier), and are characterized as inaccessible, shipping costs will be different. You will be informed of the fact that your area is considered inaccessible and therefore of the cost of transport after Confirmation of Order Registration in writing and within a period of approximately 24 hours.

-If you do not agree with the shipping cost, you have the right to request the correction or cancellation of the order within 8 hours from the time of receiving the relevant information, provided that the shipment has not been performed. The expiration of this deadline will be proof of your agreement and acceptance of the shipping costs.

-The execution of the order for the available products is done within 24-48 hours and the shipping time should be added to it.

-Tiffany’s will make every effort to send you the products within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).

-For products whose availability is “ON ORDER” or “LIMITED AVAILABILITY” and provided that they can be ordered by us, the delivery time is set at approximately 7-14 working days (Monday to Friday). The place of delivery is mentioned in the Registration Confirmation. Ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment while the risk is transferred upon delivery.

For orders outside Greece

The choice of carrier and the cost of transport is the choice of the customer after being informed about the final transport cost depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery. For the exact cost of shipping outside Greece, please contact us.
